How does delivery work?
We ship throughout France and internationally, to your home or a pickup point. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared within 1 to 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the package ships.
What are the delivery times?
In France, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days depending on the chosen shipping method. For international orders, it depends on the destination country. Exact delivery times are shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the selected shipping method. Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount (as specified on our website).
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item if it doesn’t suit you. The product must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Go to your customer account or contact our customer service to get a return label. Then follow the provided instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.
Are returns free?
In France, return shipping is generally at your expense, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item. For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive your return, we process it within 3 to 5 business days. The refund is then issued using your original payment method.
