How to Place an Order on the Website?
Simply browse our online store, add the items you wish to your cart, and follow the steps to complete your order. Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After Confirmation?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us quickly through the contact page to see if any changes can be made. After this, you'll need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), as well as through secure services like PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment in installments is not available yet, but we are considering it.
Is Payment Secure?
Yes. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption protocol. Your banking information is never stored on our servers.
Will I Receive an Invoice?
Yes. An invoice will be available in your customer account once the order is finalized. It will also be sent by email along with your order confirmation.
How Do I Know If My Order Was Successfully Recorded?
Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order in your customer account.
