We began our journey in New York, the gateway to the New World, just like the 19th-century immigrants, and then headed northwest to Seattle. From there, we bought an RV that would take us from the Western U.S. parks all the way to Ushuaia and the famous Tierra del Fuego, following the Pan-American Highway (sometimes a highway, sometimes just a dirt track), a road that winds its way along the entire backbone of the American continent, covering 10,000 km from the Rockies in the North to the Andes in the South.

This work shoe is both durable and stylish. It’s the ideal shoe—comfortable for walking on the earth, light for setting off without regrets, colorful because that’s how the world is, and supportive for moving forward...
Back in Marseille, with alpargatas on our feet, Espigas was born!
