At Espigas, we value genuine commitment over perfect communication. Our approach is built on concrete choices: producing locally, promoting social inclusion, reducing our environmental impact, and honoring craftsmanship. But we don’t pretend to have all the answers. We move forward with consistency, humility, and determination.
Inclusion at the heart of the project
Since 2017, we’ve been working with the ESAT du Rouet, a Marseille-based organization that helps people with disabilities find meaningful roles in the workforce. This partnership is the foundation of Espigas. It gives true meaning to our production and creates a human connection that we deeply value.
Our fabrics are sourced from Europe. Every pair of Espigas is designed, assembled, and tested right here.
Less, but better
At Espigas, there’s no overproduction, no massive inventory, and no throwaway models. We focus on streamlined collections—well-designed, durable pieces made on a human scale.
We prioritize sturdy materials and reduce unnecessary packaging.

Our Canal 16 Lab luggage line, made from decommissioned life rafts, furthers our commitment with a creative take on reuse and sustainable mobility.
